Prison education
Since 2004 CfC has provided Her Majesties Prison service with free advice and assistance to develop new skills training options to aid offenders. Estimates claim 71% of UK offenders fall below acceptable literacy levels, thus experiencing additional barriers to future gainful employment.
Our "Computer refurbishment" course is a direct result response to requested vocational needs in UK prisons and has provided excellent results. The course in either accredited or unaccredited format is now available for usage by UK and overseas schools, colleges, learning establishments and prisons.
Computers for Charities, offers consultancy services for organisations seeking to enter or develop I.T and educational resources.
